- ARTICLE 1: NAME

- The name of this non-profit organization is
Apollo Community Council, and was officially named this on
Feb. 22, 2005.

- ARTICLE 2: OUR PURPOSE

- We have many goals to bring more activities
to the community and improve the Apollo Area Grove.

- We will organize and support such activities
by raising money by fund-raising and events.

- ARTICLE 3

- The fiscal year will be from Jan. 1 to Dec.
31 of each calender year.

- ARTICLE 4

- Membership and voting
-
- 1.) An annual
membership of $5 per member.
- 2.) Attendance will
be required to at least one meeting a month.
- 3.) All members
must be at least 18 years old, and in the Apollo-Ridge
District.
- 4.) All members
have the right to vote.

- ARTICLE 5: MEETINGS

- There will be at least 12 meetings per year.
Elections for new council will be held no later than Nov. 1,
for the following year.

- 1.) Elect board of
directors
- 2.) Review our
purposes and goals for the new year.

- ARTICLE 6: GOALS AND ACTIVITIES

- 1.) Newer and safer
park equipment for Apollo Owens Grove.
- 2.) Concerts in the
new Gazebo
- 3.) 4th of
July Activities.
- 4.) Moon-landing
Celebration Parade.

- ARTICLE 7: COMMITTEES

- Committees, and their purposes will be
determined by Board of Directors and approved by majority vote.
